Vacation time

A warm place with a colonial style. "The location is perfect" in the center of the city, two blocks from the plaza 9 de julio. The rooms are large, clean and the heating perfect. The warmth and friendliness of the staff deserve the 5 stars !!! They organized our excursions and breakfasts so that we could take advantage of and enjoy our time. They gave us all the necessary information to have an incredible vacation. Price / quality is very good

Old but ok

Wanted to give some impressions about this hotel as there are some very bad reviews.
First of all, this isn´t a boutique hotel (even if the pictures might suggest) but a budget place. We stayed there for one night and it was absolutely ok. Rooms aren´t up to date and a bit shabby, the bathroom might need some improvements, the breakfast was basic (which isn´t special in Argentina when it comes to "continental breakfast" - bread, medialunas, coffee, tea, juice), staff was friendly.
So my overall rating would be 3* given the expectations we had - it is cheap compared to other hotels and we didn´t have any issues. Would I like to spend one week there? Definitely not, but for short stays, it is good - location is nice btw.

HORRIFYING- SHAMEFUL

Disastereeee, we arrived and the first thing they told us was that they had a problem and they didn't have hot water, that they were solving it. There was no cold water either. The air conditioning didn't work in the room they gave us either. They moved us to another one that had a nauseating musty smell and to enter you had to step into a huge puddle of water. The photos do not reflect the deterioration of the hotel. I only highlight the attention of the employees who did everything in their power, but of course it was not enough. A horrorrrrrr

When checkin the front desk was charging me more in Argentine pesos than the price It was booked for. Make sure you know the exchange rate.
Also disappointed with the breakfast.
