Nice breakfast
Breakfast was great
However we will try also to come to test the famous food in Ramadan with chef Nidal and of course the chicken spicy Fattieh still remember it from last year
Over all it was really an amazing stay with ibis seef

The worst!
I requested a parking spot when making my reservation, but when we arrived, we were surprised to find that there was no security staff checking bookings to grant access to the parking. Instead, we had to first search for a parking spot in the middle of the traffic before being allowed entry.
Then, I was shocked to discover that my booking was for two people, even though I had called to confirm that it was for three. However, I couldn’t even find this option on booking.
They adjusted the breakfast arrangement, but it felt as if they were doing us a favor.
Finally, when we tried to order dinner, we were surprised that the restaurant refused to take our order because they had a buffet—this was the first time in my life I had ever heard such an excuse! After some time, the receptionist was able to convince the restaurant to prepare our dinner after making several calls.
Also , to make it worse , I specifically asked for an extra bed and no one told me that it is not available until i asked again and I had to go to theadv reception to get my request .
This was literally the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I will definitely not come back and I will definitely ask my friends not to even think to come here !!!!!
