Het spijt ons te horen dat uw verblijf bij het ibis Brussels Airport niet aan uw verwachtingen voldeed. We begrijpen uw frustratie over de parkeerkosten die niet overeenkwamen met de verwachtingen die zijn gewekt. Graag informeren wij u dat de parkeerkosten van €12 per dag duidelijk zijn vermeld op onze website en bij de ingang van de parkeerplaats, alsook bij de receptie. Wij betreuren het dat deze informatie niet tijdig tot u is gekomen, wat voor verwarring heeft gezorgd.
Daarnaast is het nooit onze intentie om gasten een gevoel van dwang te geven. We streven ernaar om transparant te zijn in onze communicatie en onze diensten en betreuren het ten zeerste als dit niet zo is ervaren. Uw feedback is waardevol voor ons en wij zullen deze gebruiken om onze dienstverlening te verbeteren en toekomstige misverstanden te voorkomen.
