Well i am traumatized by my short experience there. Me and my sister werent even in the room longer than 5 minutes. We walked into the room (202) to the air conditioner extremely high leaving the room ice cold. After i turned the air conditioning off, i placed our bags on the table and sat on the chair provided and noticed the blood on the boxspring with a torn sheet on it, i was terrified because i was purchasing this room for my sister due to housing issues. After i noticed the blood i grad our bags and told my sister we were leaving. There no way i was allowing her to stay there i didnt care about the money only her safety so i left the establishment and stood out front with our bags while my sister got out 200$ deposit back from the clerk. I notified the winnipeg police services and they attended my residence the same day that we arrived to the hotel. They said there was nothing thwy could do and that it was already in their system and left after aayong "hopefully u can get ur money back" . Ive been traumatized with the fact that i was trying to house my sister there to prevent her from sleeping on the street and this is what happened. Im 26 years of age and have been bousing my 27 year old sister sisnce this incident.

This is one of the worst rooms I have stayed in, we had to switch our room as soon as we got there since it was not clean. Other than the cleanliness the staff were kind but I would not stay here again.

Do not stay here.
It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The bathtub was dirty, there was grafitti on the barhroom wall, there was some kind of a blue substance on the television. The pictures that are shown are very misleading.
Old dirty elevator, stinky hallway, I think the bed was unwashed possibly.
Dirty, disgusting, and unsafe.

Sincerely you should delete that hotel from your list.

I was all right with not being able to get a refund at this hotel however I did have an expectation to at least have a clean room and one that didn’t smell like urine. There was hair all over the bed in the hallways stunk worse than the room I understand having a nonrefundable program When people cancel because they couldn’t make it, but I left because the room was not bearable. I would not be able to spend more than 10 minutes in there without a full body suit, mask gloves hotel has many many issues to do with cleanliness and smell
