My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The location is fantastic, not far away from West Lake, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. I really enjoyed the modern room design, complete with smart equipment that added a touch of luxury to the experience. The service was top-notch, with staff going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The first room we went to has a strong smell and we asked to change to another room. They responded immediately and assisted with the moving. Room was beautiful and intelligently designed.
