The room was big and clean. Modern furniture and a good bathroom. The only downside of the room are the pillows on the bed. They are to light like the most hotels do. Normally I bring always me own pillow. Only this night I don’t :(. Except the pillows everything was perfect.

In the woods

Stayed two nights during summervacation. The hotel located in the woods about 10-15 minutes from Autobahn. Many of the guests stopping by for one night going south. Room a bit of outdated but ok. Small ( really small) pool and a wellnesarea consisting of two saunas which was ok.
Plenty of things to spend time on - Kegelbahn, tenniscourt etc.
Breakfast was regular and nothing to complain about.
The staff held a good attitute towards the guests.
I think thou the hotel is a little bit overpriced.

Has the best years behind it

Decisive for the choice was the proximity to Serengeti Park. We were greeted warmly and got a very aging room. Unfortunately, the whole facility is no longer up to date. The older service staff at breakfast times was quite unfriendly and our children didn't really feel comfortable as we wanted to sit down at an unset table. Well, if they don’t usually have any problems, I recommend a “How do I behave towards guests” seminar, especially since we as former restaurateurs can assess this very well. It's too bad.

Place seemed outdated. Pool wasn’t open. Restaurant service and quality was definitely not a 4-star experience. Staff was friendly.

Solid hotel with room for improvement

Overall a nice hotel for those seeking peace or as a connection for further activities. Unfortunately, the hotel is a bit like if time had stopped, the decor of the rooms is a bit dated and the flair also looks like in the 90s. The staff is totally nice and courteous, but unfortunately understaffed what made for cold food in the evening or longer waiting times. The food was high priced but unfortunately only okay. The buffet was good middle class all in all there was all you need.
