Hospitality at its best ... thanx to much committed guest connect by the l manager in particular and his dedicated team of youngsters . A extremely clean and neat hotel and great options and the finest of them all is its dedicated restaurante with breadth taking view and offering some great f&b options. .

WORST RESORT TO STAY

3rd class service, Reception team will not accept your booking from OYO in weekends. Even if you have done booking prior and paid online too. They will talk to you in such a chapri language and tell rooms are not available but will give the same room to people who comes and pay OFFLINE. they dont even know to handle customers and talk to them politely. Refund also they deny. and says you have to pay 3-4K extra if you need our room this is our policy. even tho you have booked from oyo and payed online. DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE. IRRESPONSIBLE TEAM MANAGEMENT.

Very bad

Very bad don't ever visit this if you are planning to go for your special day please don't go they will spoil your day.
The guy who sits at reception is very arrogant and he behaves like we are doing a favour on him.

Worst management!!

This resort has the worst management and they treat customers who booked online like trash! The manager at the reception is so arrogent, he doesnt deserve working in customer service! They display deluxe rooms on online sites and when visited property they don't give any such option! Although they charge high for deluxe rooms and in that price they allot standard rooms which are compact! Worst experience ever! Do not book this property from online sites! N if booking offline book at ur own risk! I suggest avoid visiting this resort!
