Horrible experience-Do not book this place
We had 2 reservations there during our trip.
The first one was for 2 nights, our flight was late in the night, so we arrived around 21-22 local time. The key for the main door was missing, so we weren’t able to enter the place. The host was unreachable and once we succeeded to contact her-she was rude and inadequate! She just told us “Knock hard on the door”, she even dropped off the phone conversation while we were speaking saying “i can do nothing for you” . We were knocking on that door more than 20 minutes-exhausted and terrified that we need to look for another place. Finally when we entered and accommodated she canceled our reservation in booking in order to prevent us for sharing our bad experiences writing a review there!!!!
The 2nd time was only for 1 night and she threatened us with the police because we booked and paid for a room with a private bath , but she insisted to accomodate us in a room without private bath, it was unbelievable! And not surprisingly at all she again canceled our reservation in booking preventing us for sharing out terrible experience!!!
