Very friendly landlady
Delicious, plentiful and varied breakfast on the terrace with partial views of Lake Maggiore

Very nice and beautiful b&b!

We stayed here for two nights and had a wonderful time, the host Oriana was very welcoming and friendly, helped us with restaurant recommendations and offered us coffee with some refreshments on our arrival and a parting small gift.
Our room-apartment was big and answered all of our needs, and it has a beautiful view, the breakfast was satisfying and tasty!
We have only one small suggestion ,although it was late April and in Italy its customary to heat the houses only to mid-April it’s still very cold in night and might be better to leave the heating on since we couldn’t control it from the room-apartment.
Overall we were very happy with the stay and recommend this wonderful place!!

We enjoyed this B&B !

We are french.
Perfect for numerous family (we have 3 children),
Very clean and confortable,
Excellent breakfast served inside or outside faced of the Lago Maggiore (we can see a part of the lake from the villa).
Oriana speaks an excellent French and communicate with her by mail is very easy.
The Lago Maggiore is a wonderful place for the sumer holidays (not a lot of people).
Baveno is an ideal place to visit Boroméo Islands (2 of them are wonderfull, the fishing island is too touristic).

Perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet and yet accessibility.

Oriana is a very discrete caring hostess and her family respect her home business. Her accomodation is spacious and well planned. You can park opposite in a parkby area across the road for free. The terrace breakfasts are lovingly laid out waiting for you every morning. We often walked down into Baveno by foot 20 mins or so to check out her recommendation of La Posta restaurant (worth booking a table). We were in Baveno at this time to attend the Smooth Jazz concerts at the Dino Hotel.

Beautiful view at the lake

The rooms were clean and very nice. We had a great view at the lake from our terrace.
Despite the rain we had a great stay and a great hostess. Oriana took care of the breakfast and has Some great tips for restaurants (la posta!)
If we go back to Italy we will certainly go to Oriana for a few days.
