I would but I can't
I move to the structure that in my opinion does not deserve 3 stars.
I book and PAY to have a Deluxe Double Room with balcony Seafront but aimé I find myself in a small room with a blind bathroom and NOT with a balcony but with a kind of terrace / veranda on a scorched garden also discovering that the view is not at all facing the sea but facing the street which, by the way, being the only seafront, is busy H24 Milan bypass style during peak hours. Unfortunately, this is not the end: the renovation of the structure is not a renovation but a patch. Bathroom with object holder inside the rusty shower cubicle as is also the water drain,. The limestone-encrusted shower knob and shower microphone that nn remains stationary in the appropriate support. toilet with tablet and donut so old that they are yellowish and chipped. You see the holes in the tiles of the old positions of the toilet paper holder and the rest ... All without window and with non-working fan ... Moving on to the sleeping area. Bed with smashed mattress, as wardrobe 4 open shelves with a tube with 3 hangers all without any kind of protection. Musty smell everywhere. Floor blatantly covered with something adhesive that should ape some kind of mat or something... Chilling. Of the terrace and the view I have already told you enough but I add that at 20 part automated watering that while turning, sprays inside the terrace forcing us to close the French door otherwise it would have wet the bed ... And from here you can understand the size of the Deluxe double ... Breakfast area? Basement garage style, with window high workshop style but closed, without ventilation or air conditioning. Buffet ridiculous both in proposal and quantity. Friendly and solicitous instead the table service. Clearly recognizable Scandinavian style wooden chairs, very uncomfortable. I stop not to be boring. I would point out that from day one the complaints were all made to Mrs receptionist, without success any alternative proposals. The amount we paid does not correspond at all to the location promised nor to the treatment received. Finally, let's talk about the private beach ... Umbrella reserved in the last row along the road and here I stop. I'm sorry for this review but the reality is that you pay for a 3 star receiving something that doesn't even get to 1 star. Disappointment
facing the sea, with road crossing. It would be nice to sleep listening to the sound of the sea but the place in front of the hotel keeps the music so loud that it is impossible to spend the night with the window open. Some days the music starts around 5:00 pm and the shouting continues beyond 3:00 am. In order to get some rest you have to seal all the windows and turn on the air conditioning. That's a shame.
Hotel structure:
the hotel is small and renovated in some parts. Reception and breakfast room are located in a basement.
Stay:
our experience was unfortunately not so positive. In particular, staff management of services proved unprofessional. I find it extremely bad taste and unjustified that the manager of a facility should invent imaginative and patently false excuses, not to mention bordering on ridiculous, towards an unsuspecting guest. By choice I do not want to go into the details of the matter but it would have been enough to simply admit a management error in the Reservation and things would have calmed down as soon as possible. We felt fooled without understanding why, which has never happened before on our countless Trips. The girls at reception held up this unfair game for a few days, until the situation became paradoxical. The reality of the facts now evident and our grievances led the manager of the facility to apologize to us, admitting that she made everything up and teased us for days.
Unfortunately this situation had in fact compromised the serenity of our holiday.
We had to wait a week to be transferred to the agreed room during Reservation. We were promised by her herself and with some insistence a dinner in a restaurant, as a sign of apology. Needless to say, dinner never arrived. I would add that the first two days of stay we could not get towels to wash. I begged the girls at reception several times to get them in my room.
When we settled the bill we received a ‘good 18 euros’ discount that did not repair the anger and bitterness of unjustified treatment. Money does not always fix improprieties. When I travel I do not claim special treatment, I agree during negotiation some conditions that, once granted by the management, I would like to find when I arrive.
Rooms:
renovated in the bedroom and partially renovated in the bathroom. The shower very small and old in the taps and accessories, as well as the toilet.
The rooms are not equipped with a real blackout curtain.
Breakfast:
the breakfast room is nice and nicely decorated. Breakfast is definitely repetitive. Products are mostly packaged and frozen. Cooked ham and cheese slices are left warm on the counter and are not so inviting. They are not properly cooled and hygienically protected.
Little fruit and always the same for days and days.
In such a small structure I would have liked to find some fresh local products and a diverse choice over the 14 days of stay.
Parking:
if a guest is assigned parking near the property, a lock with a key reserved for the room number is also given. Unfortunately the keys open more locks, if you use the car to move, on the return the parking was taken by others.
You must go to reception, even at night, to ask where to park your car.
It makes you wonder what a numbered lock is for if the keys are the same.

Tommaso, the guy at the reception in the evening and night slot who assisted us with grace and kindness.

An unpleasant surprise
After viewing the facilities in the area, a Deluxe room with seafront balcony
When we arrived hotel was as expected, small but very nice
Young but trained staff
When we arrived in the room however we had a nasty surprise, our seafront view was not the one long awaited because the room was practically on the ground floor and our balcony at the end was a patio overlooking the garden and so you could see the road not the sea
Made present in reception unfortunately we had to keep that room and then that "wonderful" view
The room was beautiful and everything very clean but we were disappointed
We hope one day to return to the area but no surprises

small disappointment
I start from the positive: spacious and clean room with nice terrace...... but alas without wardrobe, there was a kind of shelf with a stick to attach clothes, as in shops.
breakfast room: friendly staff but bad location and buffet.
flagship the pool on the terrace, beautiful but few sun umbrellas and no bar service.
restaurant . very far from the hotel , good location with acceptable food and service, but monotonous.
in essence ... without infamous praise!
