A gem in Palermo

The b & b is in a perfect location, just a few minutes walk from the train station and in the central pedestrian area in the historic center. The palace is the structure are of great charm.
The perfect combination of history, hospitality, warmth of guests, attention to detail for themed rooms and fresh breakfast with homemade products... in a very romantic terrace.
A heartfelt thank you for the good times.

In the heart of Palermo

This property was lovely, and on a busy street with bars and restaurants, the amazing thing was the double glazing, when you shut the door you could not hear a thing so was perfect. The room was a very good size plenty of room for suitcases, it didn’t have its own fridge but you could use the communal one in the breakfast room (which we did) and it worked well. The breakfast was lovely more a continental with some extras like soft bread rolls and a variety of pastries, you ate that outside on the roof terrace which was the perfect start to the day. Host Luca was great and he picked us up and dropped us at the airport for a very reasonable charge. The whole place was very clean and the room was serviced every day. Just be aware there are 59 steps up to the apartment, Luca carried my luggage up and down so that wasn’t a problem, but using the stairs could be an issue for some, we found it helped to burn off some calories after eating and drinking our way around Palermo. I always ask myself at the end of a stay would I stay there again, on this occasion I would have to say absolutely.

Luca, the owner is super friendly and available for any help or suggestion. The are is very noisy at night but with the window close the room gets quite.
Breakfast on the terrace is very nice as well

Everything perfect

All very attention to detail. Great location downtown. The Owner very professional and extremely available. Breakfast varied and very good. Only flaw in the stairs on foot because it is old house but very well renovated. Highly recommended

Comfortable, clean, good breakfast. Stairs were a workout. Interesting luggage lift. Friendly staff.
