If you book a dormitory room with another guest belonging to the same group, please be informed that you may be allocated into different rooms. The property staff will allocate rooms in accordance to availability; special requests are not accepted. For a reservation for over 10 people, the particular cancellation policy or additional fee will be applied. The property will contact the guests for more specific information. A surcharge of JPY 500 applies for arrivals after 23:00, after 00:00 check-in is not possible. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
