Holidays in Cancun

The accommodation is very old. When you open the front door, a modern smell strikes you that it almost blows your mind. The accommodation is not cheap but the location justified it. The staff always cleaned the beach nicely. While walking on the beach, you unfortunately also have to realize the bitter reality that even this long beach is totally dirty! With such an expensive plaster, it's incredible. What a shame. The sea is an absolute beauty!!!! The property has a good clean pool. The bath attendant is a disaster with his whistle. Totally annoying! For shopping you have to take the bus. There's just a little shop next door, there's not much.

Very poor security, very rude to people.

We arrived at Cancun Plaza, and there was an angry woman at the entrance, a young girl, she started yelling at the man who brought us, parked, although we stayed there for just a minute to get our luggage, and then she said that we needed some kind of registration number. in general, such people should not work with tourists. She acted like a real man.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY IT IS MISLEADING

Nothing of what was contracted was fulfilled, notified as they asked us of the arrival time, we spent 6 hours waiting to be attended to, the room is not what was contracted, door or safe only one key, noise all day from the sewage treatment plant motor. internal fountain, views of a wall and ceiling of the restaurant plus the fumes, old furniture, services for 2 people not 4 as contracted, without wifi or TV as appears in the contract.
Mr. Rojo never assisted us by phone or here (until the date when my claim for the amount is being processed).
The lady Monse provided us with an enlisted one, his phone gave us another room at 10 pm at night (I repeat, I am going with two children) in which we found cockroaches, without towels or toilet paper.
I want to pay the full amount plus taxes. And they refuse, claiming that I had to cancel when I saw that I did not have the contracted services.
They make a country and wonderful people bad.

Good until the last thing as told. The beach you have to go to the parallel ones that are more beaches and less rocky.

So I paid well for the hotel, the night before I left my daughter prepared her newly purchased clothes to be ready. From 6 to 9:30 p.m., someone with a key entered and took a new shirt. I don't know what else they took but what they just bought was missing. The answer was negative.

Overall a passable hotel. Probably worth booking BSEA which shares the space with this one.

The listing stated that there was a balcony with the room, that was not the case. It was just a plastic sliding door and no balcony. There were crisps on the floor of the room where it had not been cleaned properly from the previous people. There was also a gross smell coming from the toilet. The staff were somewhat friendly in the bar however, they did not take card which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the coffee served at the restaurant was undrinkable.
There was also a piece of glass in the pool area which I stepped on which pierced the skin on the underside of my foot- not great. The location was great, right on the beach. Also the sea view was fantastic. About a 5-10 minute drive up to the main shops/restaurants on the hotel zone and a convenience store located both on site and across the road.
