Nice hotel with great staff and location

A really nice old hotel in Tarnow with very friendly and helpful staff. Great location in Tarnow - just a short walk to the Old Town Square. Nice breakfast included. My only issue was that new mattresses are needed - they just weren’t comfortable and seemed rather old. New mattresses and it’s a five star rating from me.

I sincerely recommend it

A very nice place on the map of Tarnów. The location is brilliant, just a few steps and we are at the market square. The hotel itself is cozy, quiet, the room was clean and equipped with air conditioning. The breakfast was varied and tasty. I will definitely come again!

Bristol Hotel Tarnow

It’s location is a 5 minute walk from the main square. Was probably once quite a grand hotel with large rooms and high ceilings.
Our trip was in January 2020 and with the cold weather my wife kept on her parka to eat as the restaurant was freezing but the food was very good.
Wifi worked fine, the bed was comfy and the shower etc worked well.
English was spoken so no issues there.
Prices were cheap too so good value.

Lovely hotel; needs internet upgrade

In general, the place is great. Location is centrally located, convenient to the train and bus stations and the old town. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Air-conditioning in summer is wonderful. Staff are friendly and speak Polish and English (and maybe more).
The only serious problem is Internet Wi-Fi access. It needs a major upgrade, as it was out-of-service most of the time, despite the staff telling me it worked fine for them!

Great hotel

I arrived Tarnow without a reservation and quickly found Bristol just minutes away from the square. I was going to stay one night and ended up staying three nights! The hotel is old style and very well kept up and the room was VERY comfortable. But most important, all of the staff were genuinely friendly to me that spoke no polish. They did everything they could to make me feel comfortable. I will come back and highly recommend it!!
