Nous sommes enchantés que vous ayez apprécié l'accueil, la propreté de votre chambre, ainsi que la vue imprenable sur notre piscine. Nous sommes également heureux que la salle de bain ait répondu à vos attentes et que vous ayez ressenti un sentiment de sécurité avec vos effets personnels. Il est formidable que notre restaurant et le petit déjeuner buffet, avec ses options variées et son show cooking, aient reçu une note parfaite de votre part.

Good concept, but in urgent need of renovation
The room was in poor condition: Mold, old furniture and very noisy. Nevertheless, I think the unusual theme in the "rock" style for a hotel on the "Ballermann" really succeeded. The hotel offers a recording studio, a sky bar, a nightclub and a guitar rental service.
I am a fan of themed hotels and appreciate such creative concepts, but the state in need of renovation unfortunately significantly diminishes the overall impression. The food was okay, but the meal times unfavourable. The location is fine but in an unresponsive area.

Dennoch bedauern wir, dass der Zustand Ihres Zimmers nicht unseren Standards entsprach und dass Sie die Essenszeiten als ungünstig empfanden. Wir verstehen, dass diese Aspekte Ihren Aufenthalt beeinträchtigt haben könnten, und entschuldigen uns für etwaige Unannehmlichkeiten. Des Weiteren ist es bedauerlich, dass Sie sich aufgrund der speziellen Gästegruppen nicht vollständig wohlgefühlt haben. Wir schätzen die Vielfalt unserer Gäste und streben danach, ein einladendes Umfeld für alle zu schaffen.
Schließlich sind wir erfreut über Ihre Anerkennung des freundlichen und bemühten Personals, insbesondere die Erwähnung von Mohamed aus dem Speisesaal. Ein herzlicher und aufmerksamer Service ist uns sehr wichtig und wir sind dankbar, dass dies von Ihnen positiv wahrgenommen wurde.

Very high quality mattress.
Excellent value for money, without competition. Meal on top.
The price of the wines remains very correct.

Was very central, nice hotel staff hotel complex very nice 2 pools. Especially Mrs. Rocio and Mrs. Rosana. D

The only negative is you have to pay for every extra service.
e.g. early check in and late check out.

Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié la propreté et l'ampleur de nos chambres, la gentillesse de notre personnel, notamment au restaurant, et notre piscine sur le toit avec son bar convivial. Il est merveilleux que l'emplacement de notre hôtel, à quelques pas des transports en commun et des plages, ainsi que la proximité des restaurants, animations et boutiques aient contribué à rendre votre séjour agréable. Nous sommes également contents que le mini réfrigérateur en chambre, la qualité et la variété des repas en demi-pension, et la maîtrise de notre chef cuisinier dans la confection des plats, entrées et desserts maison aient été à votre goût. La propreté des plages et le calme en cette période de l'année sont effectivement des aspects que nos hôtes apprécient particulièrement.
