Motorcycle trip 2.0
Since all members of the group arrived by motorcycle, pitches in the TG were reserved in advance by the tour guide. Here our machines could wait in the dry for their departures. There are also possibilities to measure air pressure on site and clean the machines with a high-pressure cleaner.
We were greeted very nicely on arrival and assigned to our rooms.
My husband and I had already asked for an EZ before the trip. We also got this one - but better. Our rooms were each a double room for single use. It was modern and very clean. Included two single beds pushed together to form a double bed, a flat screen TV, 2 chairs, a table a kitchenette, wardrobe and bathroom with walk-in shower.
Our rooms were facing the garden terrace with views of the mountain skyline.
During our trip, everyone in the group had half board. This consisted of a breakfast buffet, with sausage, salami, cheese, as well as cereal, eggs etc. All in all good and perfectly sufficient to start the day. The only drawback was bread. These were simple white bread letters that had to be toasted. Otherwise, unfortunately, there was no choice..In the long run very monotonous and definitely expandable.
Dinner could be chosen by each member on the basis of a note and ordered the night before.
Unfortunately, we can not give a good opinion about this majority, because it left a lot to be desired until about 2 evenings before departure. Small portions (especially for men), in places too through (and only lukewarm). Side dishes (usually homemade fries) were served too late and on one evening also half raw. As we eventually brought it up, the House took this criticism well and vowed to improve. With success!!.
Why not just like that.
For questions, suggestions, etc. the staff was always available.
The house also offers massages, a small pool and sauna.
Massages as well as use of the wellness area are subject to a fee (which is perfectly fine). For the wellness area there are probably due to the size time slots that must be reserved at the reception. These cover about 1.5 hours.
The massage we used was very good and priced ok.
The swimming pool area looks a little outdated and marked by the weather influences. However, since the Owners of the hotel are trying very hard to gradually renovate it, it is only a matter of time before this area is up to date again.
Conclusion:
Even if there were shortcomings, we were still satisfied with the hotel and filled up well.

But pay in advance.
And I do not understand that in a first category campsite, the fixed caravans are allowed to not maintain an aesthetic and common and each one is allowed to have its own particular decoration, (uralite, plastics, dirty) looks like a shanty camp. BIG DISAPPOINTMENT

Normal with "buts" for a 4-star
The food of the restaurant opts for local cuisine and complies, without more, both in breakfast and lunch/dinner. The best, certainly is the spa (really well) and the indoor pool (though careful with the floor because it slips a lot). In general, it is an establishment with potential, price adjusted, but failing in aspects that its four stars should not allow.
