The hotel staff was friendly. It stops there.
Aged and dated facility, worn carpeting.
The elevator was out of order and the stair wells were dirty, chipped paint,
There were no block out curtains or shades , so sunlight entered the room.
The place is not well kept.

My only issue was that I’m disabled and asked for a first floor and when I arrived I was old ha they only had rooms on the third floor. My room was in the middle of the third floor right next to the out of service elevator the only one in the building. For that reason I’ll never stay here again

Hotel Hell

When we first entered the front desk, there was a lady upset about something and was asking for management. The gentleman told her no manager was on site… she asked for his name, which he wrote on the back of the card he gave her. That should have been my clue. But, as we checked in, received our keys and proceeded to our room on the first floor…. No closet, room looked worn and old… should have read reviews, but it being a comfort inn…. Never had any issues before. Then I saw an old school mouse trap in our room and immediately went to the front desk and asked for a room change. No closet (formal attire) no where to hang our things… mouse trap, definitely did not want to see or hear that going off. Was told there were no other double queen rooms available that were accessible. I explained that I did not care if the room was accessible until he mentioned only on the 3rd floor and no working elevator. I said you have got to be kidding me. Then was told he had room 124 available which was also an accessible room but was informed that it was a king bedroom, did not want to sleep with my momma but wat the heck… was told no closet as well.. asked to look at… long and behold no mouse trap, unbeknownst to the gentleman it did have a wooden wardrobe to at least hang our gowns. The bed was very uncomfortable. You could feel the springs. I woke up with bumps that look like mosquito bites below my collarbone on the left side. Never had that happen before. They are very itchy. It’s winter time so I know they’re not mosquito bites. I told my mom we need to get out of here and never return. From here on out. I will now read reviews. No more giving folks the benefit of doubt. This was my first ever disappointing hotel experience! Hotel definitely needs a TOTAL makeover and upgrade! Hotel owning isn’t for everyone if you do not have good customer service or great amenities. Definitely not the best at all!

The place smeeled so bad. The elevators didnt work. Cars in parking lot had busted windows. We did not stay. Refunded one night trying to get refund for second night.
