Another truly exceptional stay !!

This is our Go-To hotel when cruising out of Port Canaveral, FL. Close and convenient to the port terminals, with just a 5-10 minute drive to your terminal building. They offer a complimentary breakfast that includes, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and toast. They also have cereal and fruit. And good coffee too. The rooms are exactly what you'd want, clean and comfortable.

My husband and I stayed at the Country Inn to stay the night before our cruise. They staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out went smoothly. The facility is clean and has a decent pool and fire pit outside. They offer breakfast in the morning which was pretty good. The bed wasn’t that comfortable and the pillows looked like they belonged on a toddler bed. But the hotel served its purpose.

The room was amazing I absolutely loved the separate room with twin beds for the kids—definitely top tier. I didn't like the fact that no one was answering when I was trying to call. It's a nice hotel but it does look a lot more luxurious on line than it does in person.

We had NO hot water to shower either day we were there. The front desk apologized & said “the pump needs to be reset”. We arrived at 2am in the morning with 3 kids & had already loaded all of our stuff into that room but they still did not offer an alternative. The bathroom felt dirty as it was old & stained & needed a makeover badly. My son said it was the worst fold-out couch he has ever slept on as the bar was so prominent into his back through the mattress. There was an old musty smell within the room. All of the carpets in the hallways had major stains throughout from previous spills so even everywhere outside of the room felt gross. The front desk people were courteous but not helpful. It was not a clean comfortable place to rest the night before leaving for a cruise. It was a huge disappoint & a waste of money & an awful way to start a vacation.

The check in person was rude and was obviously annoyed when I asked her questions about the shuttle and parking. And when I asked at check-in what my total room charge was (so I could see if it matched the price when I booked) she told me she could not get to that information and that I would see it at check-out.
