Gold Star ⭐️ for fallen Soldiers

Wow top notch. The employees, guest and area has such a feeling of love for God , Country and guest . Our treatment was beyond excellent as we spent a lot of our time in lobby between ceremonies, activities and Fellowship at Ft Moore to honor Golden Star ⭐️ families. Please listen to this beautiful song sang to us in honor of losing a family member in the service of our Country ❤️

Disgusting hotel - Don’t Stay

We checked in late on 9/13. While the bedroom was fine, the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. It clearly hadn't been cleaned properly and should never have been rented out in that condition. There was mold in the shower, grime and moldy floor tiles, dirty and chipped toilet, the ceiling was filthy with paint chipping . It made it unbearable to use. I addressed it at the front desk and checked out a day early because it was repulsive. The Front Desk Supervisor, Jennifer told us we would still be charged for the room because we booked it for 2 nights and did not cancel 24 hours in advance . She did not care to even look at the room. She told us that only management could offer us a refund and she could not check us out because the system would not let her since it was a 2 night reservation . She dismissed us and told us to email management.
As instructed, I have emailed management, the general manager, the assistant manager. I have left two telephone messages with no response, no apology or any follow up. I went so far to contact the management company, Valley Hospitality - and no response from them either
I expected much better. I encourage you to never stay at this property, or any property managed by Valley Hospitality. I gave them several opportunities to make it right. I am not one to leave reviews. However, being that I was treated so poorly, it’s the only way to express my disgust and warn future people considering this property

Heating fan had bearing going out in fan and made noise when running, mold in tub, went to use ice bucket and there was still water in the bucket with some mold starting where it hadn't been dumped, and lastly towel rack fell to floor. I understand there can be mechanical issues, but there is no reason for poor cleanliness.

Overall my stay was good. I didn't interact with the staff often but when I did the customer service was good. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that I was able to find a hotel that doesn't allow pets as they are hard to find.

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay. Check in and out was quick and easy. Hotel was quite clean and updated.
