Started out at check-in poorly, and went downhill from there. The man at the reception desk didn’t offer a greeting or smile, and couldn’t even peel his rump out of the chair to check customers in. We get to our room, it seems clean enough that we won’t have to run. The curtains were broken on one side, so no matter what you did you weren’t blocking the entire window. The hotel is entirely non-smoking yet the smell of weed and cigarettes were thick in the air in the hall and even in the room. The toilet was clogged and would not flush, front desk was notified twice, asking for a plunger so we could try to unlock ourselves, but was never provided with any assistance or tools to remedy the problem ourselves. The best thing I can say was the a/c kept the room comfortably cool. It was a cheap room, so I didn’t have high expectations, but even bottom of the barrel expectations weren’t met.

It was filthy dirty! No shampoo or conditioner, asked for extra towels 3 times and never received any. We literally ended up leaving at 1 a.m. Because I called the front desk and asked for an extra blanket because our heat and our room did not work.I kept kicking off and I was told that they had no more extra blankets.So we ended up getting up and leaving at one a m

It was adequate. Room was comfortable and clean. Beds were decent. Breakfast left something to be desired.

It was sad. The handicap room was unsafe. Without non-slip tub surfaces, the grab bar was loose by the toilet. The shower chair was wobbly and missing screws. Very unsafe. Surprised no one has fallen yet. Accident waiting to happen.
