Bon rapport qualité/prix
Le personnel était très serviable et professionnel pendant les formalités à l'arrivée et au départ en dépit du fait que nous avons passé Je suis arrivée à l'hôtel au moment du ramassage rapide pendant le Ramadan. Une fois que l'on aurait vraiment du mal à trouver un chat dans les rues. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. Je recommanderais cet hôtel à tous ceux qui souhaitent séjourner dans un milieu - catégorie hôtel qui pratique des tarifs raisonnables.

Mon séjour.
Le service de ménage et le personnel d'être plus professionnels et de mettre un horaire quotidien non seulement sur demande, les chambres ne sont pas bien isolées.
Un coffee-shop et un bar-salon est de bonne qualité.
La chambre est propre.
Dans l'ensemble je donnerais 6 sur 10.

Disappointed
I was disappointed with this hotel, the one room Appartment or suite that I took was spacious however the furniture was outdated , and the bathroom was not as clean as I would expect, the toilet seat was of bad quality, only one shower towel was available, no tissues nor toilet paper available in bathroom, there was a one tiny window in the bedroom that is blocked, the ceiling lights in the bed room are very disturbing when you lie down in the bed, only one cloth hanger in cupboard ! bed linen were clean , pillows are hard and not comfortable, safe is available in cupboard, iron board and iron available behind bed room door, the sitting room is equipped with TV, small kitchenette with stove , washing basin, microwave, cooking pots and dinner plates. The staff although very few but they were welcoming and nice, only one staff available in restaurant, a basic breakfast buffet is served only, no lunch or dinner. A very disturbing air deodorant is used in hotel, and they spray in the elevator a suffocating insecticide spray that smells like diesel , this hotel needs a lot of work for improvement.

OK considering the location
I spent 1 night here during a trip around the country. Staff seemed bored, and generally not interested. My room was a bit tired and worn down, but clean. Wifi worked ok. Parking in their lot was convenient. Not walking distance to any where to eat, so transportation will be needed.

Good hotel with Good customer service.
Have been staying in this hotel now for the past 5 weeks due to business, and can safely say I would highly recommend it to anyone out this way on business.
The hotel is located approximately 2 miles from the city center and has very good facilities within the hotel. Unfortunately due the the recent covid situation a number of the facilities are unavailable to the guests at the moment. This includes the sauna and jacuzzi. They do advertise a gym, but please do not get to excited if you're a gym bunny as it consists of a strider, treadmill, bike and static weight station which have all seen better days. However. There is a table football, table tennis table, and pool/bollards table to use.
The rooms are OK depending on which one you go for. I personally didn't have a choice of my room as we were here on business and we got what we were given. Some of the rooms were huge and had double beds and walk-in showers. Some even had their own kitchen area, with a living room. Mine on the other hand was/is quite small but adequate for what I need. It has a ensuite but the shower is very small, and has a useless shower screen that doesn't stop any water from getting the entire floor wet . Also make sure you turn the switch on outside the toilet if you want hot water. There isn't any cold water as the cold comes out like warm. It's safe to brush your teeth with but wouldn't advise drinking the water. I don't have anything to state the water isn't safe to drink, but everywhere serves water in bottles here in Saudi Arabia. There must be a reason for that...
My room itself has a fridge with a tiny freezer compartment, a kettle with tea making facilities. A 40" television, but same again with the TV. If you can understand Arabic then you'll be fine, if not like myself you have a choice of about 2-4 channels. One movie channel, BBC world and something else.
There are 2 large single beds with a bedside table and a wardrobe to hang your clothes. The most important thing is the air conditioning system. It has been mainly between 45 & 50°c whilst I've been here so it really has come into its own .
The hotel offers food but at the moment you have to order it and they bring it to your room (covid restrictions within the hotel). The prices are reasonable and the quality is OK to good. Portion sizes are crazy. If you have a small appetite then you maybe finding you waste a lot of food.
The hotel does offer a laundry service which is done in house and back to you the following day. I can't tell you the price because our company pay for ours to be done, sorry.
There is WiFi throughout the hotel and isn't too bad, but same as most busy WiFi areas, it does slow down and also drops out. Just be aware if you are streaming anything.
The staff are very happy to help and are friendly. Front of house staff are helpful but have speak limited English, unless you get to meet one of the front of house team, Haitham. He speaks very good English and is very friendly and will do everything he can to help you find places to eat, see or shop. Considering he has only been with the hotel for 2mths, he gets my employee of the month award!
Please be awarthat the hotel is a non-smoking area and also you still have to wear a mask when inside the hotel and out.
Overall. I would recommend this hotel to anyone on business. It's not really a family friendly hotel as there isn't really anything for foreign visitors to do out here.
