Stunning Hotel with equally poor guest service

Atlantis The Royal offers luxurious rooms and impressive facilities, but the service definitely needs substantial improvement. We came to celebrate my wife’s special milestone birthday. Despite reminding staff at least three times about my wife’s birthday, and them confirming they had noted it, there was no acknowledgment of the occasion while they promised condiments will be provided. The staff also tended to be overly talkative, unnecessarily extending conversations rather than being efficient.
On a positive note, *Malibu*, the hotel’s restaurant, provided excellent service. The staff there made a genuine effort to acknowledge my wife’s birthday, making for a memorable dining experience.
It was especially disappointing for a hotel of this marketed caliber to miss acknowledging such an important occasion. This lack of attention to detail really stood out during our stay.
Overall, while the hotel’s facilities are excellent, the service, particularly in guest recognition, needs significant improvement.

My recent stay at The Royal Atlantis in Dubai was truly unforgettable. From the moment I arrived, the level of luxury and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The architecture of the hotel is breathtaking, offering stunning views of both the city and the sea.
The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and elegantly designed with modern amenities. The service was impeccable—staff were always friendly and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate any request. The dining options were phenomenal, with a wide variety of restaurants offering world-class cuisine.
The facilities, especially the pools and spa, were some of the best I’ve experienced. Relaxing by the infinity pool overlooking the Arabian Gulf was pure bliss. The hotel also offers easy access to private beach areas, adding to the overall exclusivity and luxury feel.
If you’re looking for a top-tier hotel experience in Dubai, The Royal Atlantis is worth every penny. I can’t wait to return!
