Soggiorno piacevole. Nel complesso, un buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Il personale è molto disponibile.
Tuttavia, ho avuto un soggiorno piacevole e ho incontrato un sacco di compagni di viaggio. Non troppe lamentele. ́Nessuna cucina per gli ospiti. Il cambio moneta è stato rotto a volte, e non accettano contanti per il pagamento. Altrimenti trova. La lavatrice e l'asciugatrice sono 5 euro, ma funzionano bene.

La cosa che mi ha spaventato è l' accoglienza al cliente pessima nel senso che ti vedono come un pollo a cui spennare i soldi , ti fanno pagare tutto , anche un bicchiere d' acqua di fontana.
Non hai un frigorifero, né una cucina, non puoi chiedere in prestito una tazza . Nulla. Sembra un collegio degli anni '20 , ambiente chiuso , pesante , rigido, tempo storico dopoguerra. Evitate.

cibo e impianti di lavaggio troppo costosi!!
Le strutture erano abbastanza pulite tuttavia, l'area esterna era bello, a parte che ha chiuso a mezzanotte. Ho incontrato alcune persone cool tuttavia e si è divertito. Ma sono arrabbiato per i prezzi, come si aspettano che i backpackers possano permettersi tali prezzi?

While we regret that some of our prices felt high to you, If you compare prices with other venues in the city, you’ll find that our rates are quite reasonable. Although we don’t have a guest kitchen, our bar is open 24 hours, and you’re welcome to ask for free tap water or hot water. You can also bring your own food and enjoy it in our common areas.
Regarding the washing facilities, we partner with an external company for the machines, which is why the prices are set at the standard rates you’ll find throughout the city. We understand that this might have been outside of your budget, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience you faced with drying your clothes. We do have two clotheslines for internal use, but they are limited. When available, we’re happy to offer them for guest use.
As for the alcohol policy, we don’t allow outside alcohol for the safety of our guests. This helps us manage alcohol consumption responsibly and ensures a safe environment for everyone.
We’re glad you enjoyed parts of your stay, such as meeting new people and the cleanliness of the facilities, and we appreciate your feedback. We’re always working to improve and hope to welcome you back in the future.
