This hotel is the biggest surprise in this trip to Dalian. The room is super big and very private, and the whole hotel is very clean and tidy. The auntie, the waiter who moved luggage and collected shoes at the front desk, treated us like family. I ate three meals a day in the hotel, which tasted good and the dishes were rich. Although there are not many tricks in the content of the soup, the service is definitely the best. The waiters in every place actively told how to operate, and the most reassuring thing is that you can see the waiters cleaning in time everywhere. Although the hardware is slightly dated, the software is really impeccable. The whole family is very satisfied.

After living in Japan, I really begun to appreciate onsen. I went here with my dad on our trip to Dalian, hoping to get a similar experience.
The onsen itself was as expected, but I overheard some old ladies talking very loudly about how they did not shower before entering, which was disgusting. As well, they did have a small hand-washing basin as onsen should have, but it wasn’t operational and there was a large hose coiled inside.
On top of all this, the service we received was absolutely appalling. The attitude we received upon checkin was very impolite. At first, the checkin staff tried to turn us away and tell us to go to a different hotel because they apparently couldn’t understand how to read the name on my passport (written in English). They had to call a different staff member over to confirm my reservation. The checkin staff also told us to buy bathing suits, which I thought was odd for onsen. In fact, for the onsen bathing suits were not required. There was a water park for children, which does require bathing suits. However, we were told we should buy them even for onsen.
We ate lunch and breakfast at the hotel. The food was plentiful but I can’t say that anything was well made. There was nothing particularly healthy either.

It was a great hot spring experience. The room was beautiful and clean. The Japanese-style atmosphere was very comfortable. The public area was also well-arranged. The hills at the back had good air, and it was very comfortable to walk around. The service of the staff is very attentive and considerate, it is very quiet at night, and the privacy is very good, I like it, and I will come again next time

The environment and facilities are good. Traveling at off-peak hours, there are not many people, but the rooms are fully booked, which means that it is very popular. Both outdoor and indoor pools are available, but there are not many pools. I took my children to play. The children's play area is deep The temperature and water temperature are especially suitable for children, the view of the lounge hall is very good, and the overall experience is very good. The room I live in is Xia Zhitao, not a single-family villa, but it has a lot of space and complete facilities. The pool in the city is enough to use, and you can see the mountain view.
