Wonderful

The hotel just outside of Central Copenhagen is ideally located for tourists. The room I had was well kept, very clean and tidy. The on site bar and restaurant served good quality breakfast and drinks. The pool and sauna were a very welcome bonus after the race!
The staff and concierge were always on hand and were able to help and answer questions that I had.

Well located with good parking and plenty of outlets for e-vehicle. Nice small spa for added comfort. Checkout time is quite late as standard (12).

Excellent

Lovely hotel, comfortable room, excellent buffet breakfast. Excellent fitness area with beautiful pool. Everywhere in the hotel very clean and appealing. Close to the central train station and easy walk to see attractions.

Great Hotel

Nice hotel with nice staff. Room was lovely, bathroom a bit awkward. Bath and shower would be hard to access with any mobility issues. Breakfast was ok. Lots of repetition and very little in the gluten free area. Other items were not marked, such as omelettes and meats so it made it hard to eat with allergies. "Sky" restaurant which was independent was nice but over priced. Not much around and a 15-20 min walk with luggage. On the website it said that there was a train/metro station very close but there was not.

Fantastik Hotel

It was a wonderful experience
We had a family room with breakfast.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
The cuisine was enchanting. Especially the people in the brasserie were the best. Jan in particular, who organised a surprise for us on the last morning, was simply fantastic. The crew understood that you have to feel comfortable and that you don't really want to leave the hotel. We can highly recommend this hotel ♥️

Please note that the hotel restaurant serves a set gala dinner menu on 31 December. Tables should be booked in advance on these dates. The swimming pool is free for all guests and is open every day. Children must be diaper-free and potty trained to use the pool. Swim diapers and swim pants are not allowed. In case of an accident, the pool will remain closed for 24 hours while being cleaned and disinfected. The pool closes at 6:00 PM on December 31. The pool opens at 8:00 AM on January 1.
