Ottimo per famiglie
Ci è piaciuto molto questo hotel ci siamo fermati qui per una notte durante il viaggio attraverso l'Europa con la macchina. Erano molto accomodanti con i nostri figli.
Il ristorante era buono e il personale era davvero gentile. Possiamo davvero consigliare questo hotel ad altre persone con famiglie.

Il nostro check-in il 3 gennaio è stato molto piacevole. L'uomo alla reception era estremamente cordiale e paziente, prendendo il tempo di spiegare tutto a noi chiaramente. La camera aveva tutto il necessario, anche se era un po 'deludente che abbiamo potuto guardare solo canali televisivi tedeschi senza altre opzioni.
La colazione era ok, ma mi aspettavo cornetti più freschi e panini. Invece, ho optato per il pane tostato con un po 'di formaggio e uova, che andava bene. Una nota positiva, il personale nella zona colazione era molto cordiale e attento.
Sabato, la signora alla reception sembrava un po’ preoccupata dei propri compiti, ma non ci ha dato molto fastidio. Abbiamo apprezzato la libertà di andare e venire con la nostra chiave della camera e siamo stati benissimo ad esplorare Duisburg.
Nel complesso, un buon soggiorno con personale cordiale, ma c'è spazio per miglioramenti nella qualità della colazione e opzioni TV.

Buon posto dove soggiornare se si visita il centro della città di Duisburg o il mercatino di Natale
Belle camere anche se si sentono un po 'datato. Il personale era cordiale e disponibile.
Molto vicino al centro della città e al mercatino di Natale.
Parcheggio garage dall'altra parte della strada che è di € 12 al giorno.
Quindi l'esperienza generale è bello anche se l'hotel stesso è un po 'datato.

Hotel terribile! Il personale NON è sicuro per il COVID. NON stare qui!!!
Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per un viaggio d'affari. Gli orari della colazione della domenica sono terribili (7 - 10). Nient'altro è aperto per la colazione vicino all'hotel. Devono rimanere aperti più tardi. Il personale della reception è molto scortese. Sulle mie 3 interazioni con loro, potrebbero preoccuparsi meno delle esigenze di un ospite. Sono un membro Hilton Diamond e un membro Marriott Titanium e sono abituato a un hotel che si concentra sul servizio clienti. Anche cose semplici come gli asciugamani sono un problema qui.
Non c'era ferro o asse da stiro sul tetto, quindi ho chiamato la reception. La donna ha detto che li hanno alla reception e di venire a recuperarli.
Sono andato subito giù e mi è stato detto che mi dispiace, non ce l'hanno più. Buona fortuna a ricevere salviette.
Il sito web afferma che gli ospiti e il personale dell'hotel sono tenuti a indossare maschere in tutte le aree pubbliche. Tuttavia, ogni volta che sono passato davanti alla reception, indipendentemente dall'ora o da chi era dietro la reception, gli impiegati della reception non indossavano MAI le loro maschere.
L'hotel NON consiglierei di soggiornare qui!
Non c'era ferro o asse da stiro sul tetto, quindi ho chiamato la reception. La donna ha detto che li hanno alla reception e di venire a recuperarli.
Sono andato subito giù e mi è stato detto che mi dispiace, non ce l'hanno più. Buona fortuna a ricevere salviette.
Il sito web afferma che gli ospiti e il personale dell'hotel sono tenuti a indossare maschere in tutte le aree pubbliche. I am sorry that we were not able to meet your expectations, but I shared your observations with the relevant departments, especially about the customer service, which is definetly not our standard.
Our Front Desk Staff dont need to wear a mask behind their desk as they are seperated by a pane of glass.
But if they leave their workspace to walk through the public areas, such as the foyer, they also wear a mask every time.
Nevertheless we are very sorry for this bad experience in our hotel. Please be advised, that we take these comments seriously and will take steps to avoid such issues in the future. Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences caused..
