We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Staffs are not very cooperative, they asked for a commission when we needed assistance for ticketing to the Taj Mahal. Worst breakfast, no bathroom slippers, rooms are not soundproof, hotel surroundings are very dirty. I regret booking this hotel.

Good staff always ready to help. WiFi worked well and there was hot water. The room and bathroom was clean for Indian standards. New Delhi station is a short walk and so is metro station. Overall good for a short stay in Delhi

Literally the best budget hotel I have ever found in Delhi. Now that is not saying much considering hotels in India are some of the worst in the world. But after experience 6 (yes SIX) terrible hotels in a row in Delhi after travelling in Vietnam, this place comes off looking like the Ritz. Clean sheets, clean room, good AC, good location, friendly staff, etc. I will come back. Definitely recommend if you're a tourist on a budget and want somewhere decent. Breakfast is included too.
Only con is the WiFi which is very bad but that may depend on the room you are in. They need to buy a proper router. If this was fixed it would be perfect
