Backpackers accomodation rather than family

We stayed for approx 7 hours in between flights. Staff are lovely but I wouldn’t recommend it for families. No handsoap in the hand-sink, towels tired and need replacing. The aircon is right about the bed so not the healthiest.
Pros is that it was a spacious room and close to the airport.
Definitely aimed at backpackers

To flee

Outrageous. We spent 1 night (fortunately) with 3 other couples of friends. We were unanimous: sheets, dirty walls. Deteriorating bathroom. You have to claim for hot water. The only positive is the location as it is close to the airport. Incompetent staff, bad faith who practice blackmail: our key broke in the lock of our door when we wanted to open it after a first walk downtown. After 15 min of explanation, if we did not pay (150000rp), we had no duplicate and therefore not our stuff. The hostess pretended not to understand, pretended not to find the double... She shows us the paper we signed when we arrived... "In case of loss of keys", but this was not our case! Anyway, we had a twisted double in the end. To flee!!!

PELAYANAN YANG BURUK, BAD SERVICE

BAD SERVICE FOR EXAMPLE, WE ASKED FOR OUR GLASS TO BE EXCHANGED FOR A NEW GLASSES BUT AT CHECK OUT WE WERE CHARGED FOR A TEASPOON, EVEN THOUGH WHEN GIVING THE GLASSES WE WERE NOT GIVEN A TEASPOON, IN THE END WE WERE TOLD TO REPLACE IT FOR IDR 10,000. THIS IS NOT A PROBLEM OF THE MONEY BUT WHAT WE ARE ISSUE IS THAT WE DID NOT GIVE IT AWAY AND WE WERE NOT GIVEN THE TEASPOONS BUT WE REPLACED IT.

Bad experience

When we came here other guests were greeted with juice, we weren’t and we don’t know why. When we came to the room the room was disgusting. First the stains on the bed on the pillow, then the stains on the towels, it looked like it wasn’t cleaned (the towels were very old and disgusting).
The pool was very dirty and the sun beds also we needed to clean them with wet wipes. At the end I left staines on the towel from my hair and i needed to pay 8€ for cleaning. I mean i understand but the towels already had stains. Bad experience all and all.

Scary experience

Due to my travel to Gili i planned to drop my bag at the hotel for which they charged me a 500k rp refundable deposit. But post taking my bag back i found some abnormility with the lock system as it was very free as someone tried to open it by randomly sliding the codes and didnt open with the actual code... How come such a big difference in the way lock used to open as i can make out the difference by comoaring the lock of same bag in smaller size..and also next day we went for a short walk and to our surprised the house keeping opened the door from their master key as cleaning the room without our permission as all valauble things were scattered around the room.. It was really very scary. How come they can do that.... Please be very careful as i was lil worried...
