Close to the tourist attractions (walking distance) and the train station.

I could not check into system, to get my self-check-in code. The self -checking code asked for identication information, such as place of birth. When I attempted to type in my place of birth, it would not accept it. Called the Hotel to notify them of diffulty several times, but no responce. Arrived at Hotel with out code, after 12:30 mid night. I could not get in even though I had paid in full for my room. I was left stranded in an unknown city at midnight. Called Hot.com for assitance, was connected to a call center in India, who kept me holding on the line. They refused to help me, telling me, that because my place of birth was CUBA, they were not allowed to assist me??. They told me they were U.S. based. I told them I was a U.S. citizen and they hung up. I a female and my niece had to stay at the train station in Pisa, itay from 12:30 till 3:26, till the first train to our distination. I will never use Hotel.com again.

Uno de los mejores colchones que he probado

Habitacion con baño y cocina compartidos.
La cocina no la utilizamos però el baño muy limpio. Nuestra habitación disponia de balcón y una ducha.
La cama es de las mas comodas en la que he dormida durante los últimos años, era enorme y super comoda

Une excellente surprise

Après une annulation au dernier moment par un autre hôtel, nous avons choisi cet hôtel sans trop savoir où nous allions nous retrouver...
Ce fut une excellente surprise. Tout l'accueil se fait à distance via internet. L'appartement est quasiment neuf, la chambre très propre. Une cuisine est à disposition.
Alors, certes, la salle de bain et les toilettes sont séparés et il n'y a pas la clim mais ce sont des choses que l'on savait à la réservation et qui comptent dans le prix.
Une très bonne surprise donc à conseiller.

Quasi ottimale

Ci siamo recati in due a Pisa per lavoro e abbiamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale presso la Coccinella Rooms Self Check-In.
Ottima la posizione, vicinissima alla stazione sia dei treni che degli autobus. Molto comodo anche per il centro (a due passi dall’inizio di Corso Italia).
La stanza si presenta pulita e accogliente senza particolari criticità. Comoda per un un soggiorno veloce.
La modalità di accesso self check-in è comoda e ben descritta dalla mail di prenotazione ed evita di avere chiavi con se oltre a quelle della camera.
Unica pecca il bagno!
Non tanto perché in comune tra le varie camere (come segnalato nella descrizione), quanto per un problema di scarico del water che abbiamo trovato intasato entrambi i giorni, nonostante la manutenzione richiesta. Bisognava un po’ adattarsi...
Tutto sommato non ci è dispiaciuto.
