Great choice!

Very central hotel close to the train station. Self check in is easy and quickly. The room size was great, the bathroom clean and new, beds were very comfortable. Very nice stay! We traveled as a family, however it’s a great choice also for couples or business travelers.

Never again

Great only location and decent price.
Staff absent, door open to anyone, room frozen on arrival. No heating in the bathroom, dirty duvets. Mould in the bathroom. Never again. Useless window for both thermal and acoustic insulation.

Overnight stay

B&B is located in the center of Pisa, 10 minutes from the station. The room to be improved, bathroom to be fixed, missing accessories such as broken towel rail and more. Physically absent staff only via chat. Just for one night might do.

Poor Stay

Booked 2 days before arrival. No one at hotel for check in, got sent down a floor by a cleaner to a hotel with another name where we roomed. Had booked a room with an en-suit and it came with a queen size bed. The matress was queensize but lay on top of 2 single beds! No kettle in room as advertised, asked for extra pillow , never got one.
Pretty sure booked bed and breakfast but got no breakfast.
Not the best stay but thankfully only one night

The only good was the location.

We booked a three bedroom but we only got a two bedroom.
The staff didnt know english. We say which time we would be at the hotel but they wasnt there so we hade to wait 1 hour for the check in. The Staff we spoke on the Phone was rude.
The breakfast was italian breakfast which mean a Coffee and a bun, so dont be suprised.
The only thing we liked what the location
They do not clean the room or give new towels
