Good value for money
Very dark upper room opening onto a wall.
Good wifi, cable tv, tea has discretion and good bedding.
Nice but poorly maintained bathroom.
Too hot in winter 26 degrees!
Unpleasant smell everywhere.
Satisfactory breakfast with sweet and savoury choice. Very friendly staff. Family atmosphere.

Wash the net not for the 4 stars
Bathroom door that didn't stay closed. No suction in the bathroom.
Balcony door that could not be locked.
Leaning curtains.
Breakfast:
If you didn't get there first, breakfast was mostly waiting because we ran out of bread.
We came for our first breakfast. All tables full or not yet cleaned. Wasn't told to walk to a table yourself. After a while we waited we sat down at a table ourselves.
Finish sandwiches. Tea water on. Or tea water lukewarm. The staff could have been more helpful. One time I could get tea at the bar. Another time at breakfast. Then the water was lukewarm again or the cups were gone.
You had to get coffee at the bar anyway.
Breakfast was different, varied which morning. Fruit and vegetables and yogurts different every morning. I have to admit that.
The room was big though. Plenty of room.
The room does look luxurious.
The room trembles as freight traffic moves down the street.

Modern and comfortable hotel near the city center
They don't have parking, but there are a few paid options nearby. We were able to park on a nearby street for 1 euro per hour during the day, which worked perfectly for us.
