Absolutely amazing hotel experience. Delightful little treats in the room, consumed rather quickly! Top quality bathroom products. Mini bar in room sensible prices. Beautifully decorated rooms, I was in number 1 .. small but perfectly adequate with a very good sized bathroom. Charming view of church rooftop and square below. Quiet at night. So easy to find from San Marco (alley by Olivetti, over bridge and just along on the right). Vito an excellent concierge, other staff also friendly and happy. Stairs were no issue. This is a boutique experience, cosy, charming, homely, perfect. Will stay there again.

The hotel is unassuming from the front door, and you have to clime two flights of stairs (in a straight line, but it would be 2 flights in height), but it has a nice lobby/lounge area, and the staff is super-duper!
The hallway has a killer low ceiling that I clobbered twice, despite the warning signs. It's a step down at the same time the ceiling goes down, so you have to watch your step but look up. The room was nice, but had no view. We were in room 8. The front door is just about 20 steps from St Marcos Square, which is really incredible.

Very cute and charming room. Excellent location! Staff very friendly. Rented single room, adorable decor. Good water pressure. No elevator but wasn’t a problem for me. Loved everything about my experience there.

Staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating. Rooms are small but impeccably decorated. Great stay for the money!

The location of this hotel is just a few minutes from San Marco’s square which was amazing. The staff at the front desk were polite, helpful and very knowledgeable. Our room was spacious enough for 4 people. It was very clean and we appreciated the welcome snack and water. The only negative was that the air conditioning unit barely worked. It was on but it did not cool the room very much which made it quite uncomfortable during the night.
