The room I stayed was on 11th floor and you can see the trains coming to the station.

We were frustrated when we found out that this hotel, unlike all other Japanese hotels we had been to, does not provide instant coffee to the guests but only green tea.
Additionally, unlike all other Japanese hotels, this hotel provides only two towels to guests but not three. Again, during our three and a half week visit in Japan, we stayed at different hotels in Osaka, Kyoto, Takayama, and Kanazawa. Every hotel provided three towels to guests (one large, one medium, and one small).
Finally, on the second day of our stay we were asked to pay an additional 200 yen per day for some accommodation city tax. We told them, when we booked the hotel, part of the money we paid online was a ¥6,050 tax, yet they told us that this was a different tax.
We asked them why this was not the case at other hotels in Osaka and even in different cities such as such as Kyoto, Takayama, and Kanazawa. We even offered to forward all hotel confirmations from all hotels we stayed at to verify that at no hotels we were asked to pay the additional tax fee.
On the last day, they kept asking for the additional 200 yen and we paid it because obviously they didn't want to listen nor respect what we said.
So for us, this hotel scores 1 out of 5. Would not recommend.

Great Location, Great Service and Amenities
The rooms were spacious and clean and housekeeping did an exceptional job each day.
The location is perfect right next to the Keihan Line and easily accessible to the heart of Osaka via train.
Lots of great little local restaurants near by in the neighbourhood also.
We had breakfast included in the room each day which I highly recommend! Amazing selection and of high quality.

Our hotel is right next to Keihan Moriguchishi Station, so you can go directly to central Osaka and central Kyoto.
It's a really convenient place for transportation, and it's a really convenient place for shopping, with restaurants, department stores, and convenience stores around the station.
If you visit again next time, we will be waiting for you with better service.
