Very bad experience
We went to the hotel and almost didn't let us in because we had no reservation.
We checked on the Booking platforms and Genius (we have pictures) a value appeared; we stayed confident that was the rate, since it is low season
The hotel is very bad.
The room with a single double bed, horrible blackouts, finishes, old furniture in general, a cupboard with old lining and smelling damp. We couldn't unpack.

The room with broken ornaments.
The air conditioning didn't cool almost, it was very loud; we had to turn it off.
The bathroom with stained toilet, shower with different plastic curtains, sink counter with stained lining, old towels.
The social bathroom of the hotel with a horrifying stain, I think no hotel should be allowed to have a bathroom in those conditions.
Very poor breakfast.
Margarine instead of butter; tableware incomplete, plates of several pints.
We asked for a lemon and were derogatorily told that there was no lemon and that they would not take it from the garden tree
Very bad, old, hard breads

At the time of canceling the account we showed you the photo of the value of the night of Booking and Genius with values that the lady did not respect, saying that we had reservation since January 10, which did not appear at the time of our arrival and did not respect the current hotel rates. As there was no reservation and we asked for electronic invoice it was his turn to re-ask for the data, as he had no record of us anywhere.
It was a disappointment of hotel and service.
