Data that is less than modest.
A cold reception from the front desk manager.
A well-intended welcome email from a reception staff member.
Food that is, at best, of decent quality.
Delays in fulfilling even the simplest requests.
No price offer or welcoming approach in their dealings.
Agoda offers better rates.
If I decide to extend my stay, I might book through Agoda.
