In the reception guy is very friendly, when our plans was changed he said to us to paid less money than we should to.
But they still need to finish this building, this place have chance to be one of the best in the future, but they must invest.

Not a great experience - had to pay twice!

We booked this hotel through the Chase UR portal with points. Unfortunately when we arrived, they said that payment wasn't accepted and I had to pay again. They said my other payment would be refunded but it has been several weeks and hasn't been. Luckily it was inexpensive. The room was reasonably clean and the wifi worked, but we left after one night and wouldn't stay in this hotel again.
I think the owner of this hotel should remove it from platforms like the one I used if they can't accept the payment in that way.

Was a terrible experience because when I arrived there in this hotel I couldn’t be enter. The reason was, they didn’t has free rooms. I show the email confirmation but no matters because the hotel’s reservation they did using a notebook and not a PC

a bit out of the town (15 minutes)
the hotel seems to be brand new and they seemed to be unaware that we needed 2 rooms
(a triple room and a double).we had to wait over a hour for the triple room to be available.
the double room was a single bed and a blow up bed on the floor.

NO INTERNET because connection so weak; TERRIBLY NOISY, super thin doors, the type of place where every sound in all 3 floors is heard. NO HOT WATER without asking, then it is not consistent in the shower. Sink drains slowly and no hot water ever in the sink. No shower curtain or door, so bathroom becomes a swampy mess. Must keep patio door open to cool room down. CASH ONLY, only told this at checkout, DOES NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. Owner ignored request to have simple shower curtain installed, ignored request for rebate due to no internet. Unfinished, dangerous open stairwell that should be closed off.
