Excellent Location, Nice Rooms, Great View
The software for check-in and out is still deficient but the compensation offered by the staff in charge compensates. Do not waste your time with the software if stuck, just call.

On Top of Zurich city
I would repeat it in the future.
It is located on top of Zurich so you can see the lake in a very unique scene.
Staff was do friendly as nd welcoming ... all of them .

Not your regular hotel
Free parking, playground but a bit of a walk to few nearby restaurants.
Room: ours was not an apartment, more like a room with extra hallway and some seating area. It felt rather small for a family of 4 (2 adults + 2 children) particularly as part of the room was under eaves, but would have been good for 2 (or 3 with small child).
Interesting bathroom layout, (no doors apart from glass door to the toilet, just curtains), would have been better if there was either better drain in the shower or a step, otherwise toilet area stays wet. Guess you would have to accept that everyone will hear what you up to in the bathroom. Another reason why I think its probably better for couples rather than families.
Have not tried restaurant (unfortunately it was closed), but breakfast was rather good with freshly made to order eggs, selection of pastries, cereals and juices. Coffee rather average.
Overall good place, for couples can rate it 5*s even

Beautiful hotel on perfect spot
The hotel is very quietly located in a wooded area. When we were there they worked on the road. This only caused some inconvenience during the day.
