There is no water in the showers and it is noisy.
The showers do not have enough pressure to be able to take even a bad shower.
Many toilets do not have a latch to close.
Many sinks get clogged and it's dirty.
The air is stale in the hallways of the hostel and it is very difficult to sleep since the ventilation of the capsules is noisy.
It is very difficult to open and close the sliding doors of the capsules and you make a terrible noise that bothers other customers.
Correct staff and breakfast included, a detail.
If you can go somewhere else, don't hesitate.

FOR NOTHING RECOMMENDED, WE HAVE CANCELLED THE RESERVATION AT 1 A.M.
Upon arriving there we were told that they had already rented our capsule from another couple, that they no longer had double capsules left and that they had to assign us separate capsules. We were told that this was because we had not confirmed the Reservation, to which we responded by showing the Reservation and it was not true, then we were told that it was because we were late, when we had called about a month asking if we could arrive at that time.
We stayed on the street at 1 a.m. because of them, A SHAME.

very dirty and disgusting
The capsule was dirty, there was someone else’s garbage inside, dirty old sheets, the pillow was black with dirt and the ventilation did not work. I went to shower believing that nothing could get worse, there are few bathrooms and everyone smells a lot of cockroach, the shower water does not go down, so you shower with a pool of water and pee someone else. In the end I did not shower, it was impossible to stay there.
After about 15 minutes of arriving I spoke to the lady who attended reception and told her that it was impossible to be there because of the smell and dirt, and told me that they would NOT return the money as the capsules had already been activated.In the end we decided to stay as it would only be 1 night, but I did not think it would be the worst of my life...
The card that opens the capsule makes a lot of noise, impossible to sleep with people opening and closing capsules at all times. Beds make a lot of noise with any movement. Bathroom doors are broken and won't close. I didn't have the courage to use the toilets there. I'd rather go to the cafe next door than use
The next day we went to breakfast what the Hostel offers: dirty fruits, 1 milk bread and 1 cupcake. Also latte(awful too)
We went out and I have no idea how this place is still open.
