It was very close to the mall and resturaunt and public transportation. Very walkable distance for most necessary things. Easy for us to get vale parking which was convenient for us. Free room service as well. Only complaint is a lack of a microwave in the room. Overall, very good service and experience, thank you

The receptionist are friendly and willing to help with anything even the location of shops, the rooms are clean and nice. The breakfast is yummy

This probably was one of the worst hotels I stayed at, the room was dirty, curtain were falling down, beds were old and not comfortable, and the room smelled like cigarettes Bering smoked in it all night.

The Hotel is located within walking distance from the Kent Shopping mall and is ideally located for travel to tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful.
The facility is clean and well priced for a short stay in Bursa.

Bad sheets die not changed when arrived. Tv was broke further iT was good also the bf. Personel is friendly and helpfull
