I recently stayed at the La pazza suits and had a delightful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring a seamless check-in. The room was tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. The central location made it convenient to explore the city. Overall, La pazza suits exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers.

The hotel with the worst service. I made a reservation for two nights and one night, but I could never use it. I asked to change the check-in schedule, but they ignored it, and other reservations raised issues with errors on the site and responded that they were not responsible for it. Worst hospitality and staff.

Fell for the online reviews, price was low with high rating. Room had ants. It was filty with roken sockets. We ended up leaving and going to different hotel.

Are you crazy asking me these questions ? After many times trying to explain to Expedia what happened to me when I showed up for check in ??
For thousands times, I was denied to have a room because the hotel was closed. and I still did not get my money back. I suspect either that I was under a fraud process. Or the whole Expedia process is greedy and supportive at all. My worst expierience ever while travelling abroad.
