1. No luggage boy to pick up the luggages when arriving (in heavy rain). Imagine guest's awkwardness.
2. Next to a hospital and the hotel window is directly towards street. Huge car and ambulance noise day and night.
3. Service woman entered my room without ringing the bell or knock the door and said it was "minibar check" and left with arrogant attitude. After I reported this to front desk. They did it again the next day.
4. Breakfast is really simple, water cups are smelly, and they let street cat walk between dining tables. (I understand local fond of cats, but street cats are not hygiene for dining places)
5. Rooms are not well maintained and hairs can be easily found on bedsheet.
I traveled around hundreds of cities and stayed in countless hotels, this one is the worst.

But the staff at the breakfast omg… no smile, bad service,..
We really expected a much better breakfast and staff at the breakfast. They were certainly children, not professional.
The room was great and very clean. No sound from other rooms or corridor but don’t forget the Istanbul traffic and that the room has a full glass wall. We heard a lot of noise all the time from the outside.
